Agentic Lending provides an AI-powered credit decisioning platform for Indian lending institutions. Our services include credit analysis pipeline processing, risk scoring, compliance monitoring, and related tools as described on our website and in applicable service agreements.
3. Institutional Use
Our platform services are intended for use by licensed lending institutions — banks, NBFCs, housing finance companies, and microfinance institutions regulated by the RBI, NHB, or other applicable regulators. Access to platform features requires a separate institutional service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
The Agentic Lending name, logo, website content, platform software, agent architectures, and scoring methodologies are proprietary to Agentic Lending. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Agentic Lending provides credit analysis tools to support institutional decision-making. Our platform outputs are recommendations, not binding credit decisions. Your institution retains full responsibility for all lending decisions, regulatory compliance, and borrower communications. We are not liable for credit losses arising from decisions made using our platform.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email to registered users. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
